Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Enigma Baits, please email contact@enigmabaits.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss returns. 

To enable us to replace, exchange or credit your goods they must be returned to Enigma Baits within 3 working days of a member of staff agreeing to their return. The goods must be returned in full, must be in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition. 

If the good are faulty or are not as described on the website, we will cover the cost of postage back to Enigma Baits for replacement or credit. 

If you do not like the product you have received then you can return it for credit or replacement but would have to cover the postage cost in these circumstances. The goods must be returned in full, must be in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.

Please ask the courier to witness you opening the package so you can sign the delivery note as “goods damaged” if there is any evidence of damage to the outside packaging, including staining from liquids that may have leaked from inside, when you receive your package(s). This will allow us to send you a free replacement after making a claim with the courier’s insurance.
